Appointment Enforcement Policy
At Okotoks Professional Laser Clinic, we value your time — and we kindly ask that you respect ours in return. Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and missed appointments mean lost time that could have been offered to another client.
Missed Appointment & No-Show Policy:
- If you miss an appointment without providing at least 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge you for the full cost of the scheduled service.
- One-time grace: We understand that things happen. Every client is given one grace pass for a missed appointment with no charge.
- If you no-show more than once, we reserve the right to discharge you from our client list and decline future bookings.
Emergencies:We understand that genuine emergencies can occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. Consideration will be given at our discretion.
