Refunds will not be issued on any services received, packages or payment plans purchased. 

Monies used to purchase a package may be used towards another product or service of equal or lesser value upon request. 

 At Okotoks Professional Laser Clinic, we value your time — and we kindly ask that you respect ours in return. Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and missed appointments mean lost time that could have been offered to another client.

Missed Appointment & No-Show Policy:

• If you miss an appointment without providing at least 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge you for the full cost of the scheduled service.

• If you have purchased a package, one session will be removed from the package.
   
• If you no-show more than once, we reserve the right to discharge you from our client list and decline future bookings.
   

Emergencies:We understand that genuine emergencies can occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. Consideration will be given at our discretion.
