When your friend books an appointment and fills out the "Referred by a friend?" section of the intake form, they will enter your name and we will make a note on your chart so you are eligible to receive your 50% off any regular priced treatment. Make sure to tell them to include your first and last name on the intake form.

Yes, the discount can be applied to any service you choose providing you qualify for the treatment.

NO, the discount has to be applied at the time of the service. Please remind staff that you would like the discount added to the service at the start of the appointment and double check to ensure that the discount has been applied prior to payment to ensure that it was not accidentally missed.
